governance
WYEC is governed by a Board of Trustees, who volunteer their time and expertise to guide the development of the charity, and support the work of the Chief Executive and staff.
There is a main governing Board:
Wandsworth Youth Enterprise Centre (WYEC), the charitable company and it’s trading subsidiary Wandsworth Youth Enterprise Services Ltd (WYES)
Plus two subsidiary boards:
Trident Business Centre (TBC) a wholly owned commercial company.
Enterprise Development Worldwide (EDW), a Community Interest Company.
All three have a separate Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees are drawn from the local community, industry, commerce, and voluntary and statutory sectors. The Board represents a broad range of pertinent expertise and experience in small business development, training, management, voluntary sector, finance etc. The Board of Trustees meet every six to eight weeks.
