Staff Profiles

Keren Miller

Keren Miller (Chief Executive Officer)

Keren joined WYEC in 2007. Her background spans several years senior management in physical and social regeneration across London as a consultant and an employee. She has managed local authority and voluntary sector youth services, and Connexions services. Keren started her career as an international athlete working at a grass roots level as a sports & community development officer on inner London estates in Brent, Westminster, Wandsworth, Southwark and Lambeth.

Michael Manning-Prior

Michael Manning-Prior (Chief Executive, Enterprise Development Worldwide)

Michael is an expert in the field of enterprise development and business incubation, particularly in relation to youth enterprise development. For 18 years, Michael was Chief Executive of WYEC. During this time, WYEC’s outreach and business incubation services expanded substantially and Michael led the establishment and development of youth enterprise programmes at national and international levels, together with the development of Trident Business Centre. In order to build and expand upon this national and international work, a strategic decision was made, as a result of which Enterprise Development Worldwide (EDW), a Community Interest Company, was established. EDW is developing strategic alliances and projects in the UK, Europe, the Caribbean, Asia, Africa and Australia.

Vivien Stillman (Operations Director)

Vivien joined the organisation in 2006 and is responsible for day to day operations across WYEC and Trident. Vivien has developed and implemented systems and procedures to ensure the smooth coordination and transfer from ‘client’ to ‘commercial tenant’ across both sites. Vivien has extensive voluntary and private sector experience, having held a number of senior positions from Chief Executive to Head of Department at National Missing Persons, Lambeth E-Learning Foundation and Air France.

Toyin Dania

Toyin Dania (Manager Business Counselling & Training)

Toyin has worked with WYEC since 2002 and manages the Business Counselling and Training Department. She has over 19 years direct business, professional counselling, coaching and mentoring experience. Toyin runs her own Consultancy - TD Consultancy Services Ltd which supports entrepreneurs with Mentoring and Coaching; as well as continuing to develop herself with training in partnership with Success University - a life-long learning company.  Toyin also volunteers her time with a charity called African Foundation For Development (AFFORD).

Kate Stillman

Kate Stillman (Business Counsellor and Trainer)

Kate runs her own event management and DJ agency www.stillmoving.co.uk.. She has been with WYEC since 2004, in 2006 Kate became a part time member of staff on deciding that she wanted to go back to university and improve on her existing counselling qualification. Kate successfully graduated in 2007, is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and is in the process of building up her private counselling practice www.citycounsellors.com.
